I think he is just that naive to think that sending feel-good Tweets first and dealing with the pesky details later works in the real world.
Remember the “I call BS” anti-gun rallies. The breathless media reporting on how these kids were in mommy’s basement sitting in a circle with their laptops, phones and note pads planning these rallies?
I can almost guarantee they were just spouting off ideas and soem hired event production company listened in planned all the stages, A/V, PR, security, permits, etc. and they think their Tweets saying they will speak at 11:30 at XYZ location did 99% of the work.
