It is my understanding that the majority can be the judge of elections before the candidate is seated. Once the candidate is seated, it takes 2/3 majority to remove the House of Representative.

It takes 2/3rds majority to expel a member, but in this case the member would not be expelled, but rather declared to not be the winner of the election. I have to wonder if Miller-Meeks would be required to pay back her salary from her time in office?
