If you are thinking of the 25th Amendment, it would take a 2/3rds vote of each House to remove him.

Where, in my opinion, it gets interesting is when Harris assumes the Presidency, the VP office (and Senate tie breaker) is absent. Republican Senators with backbones should withhold approving any Harris pick for the new V.P. until after the 2022 elections. If Republicans regain control, her pick isn’t that important. If the dems win control, her pick isn’t that important either.
