Why were these girls being disciplined?
The media, government and black advocates will tell you it's b/c they're just trying to cope in an intrenched, racist, anti-black system with the "deck stacked against them" b/c of the color of their skin.
With the schools firmly in the hands of über leftist - who often overlook or explain away aberrant behavior (especially from blacks), for a black child to be suspended these days (with the school district office under government mandate to keep a laser eye on the number of blacks suspended) - she must be doing things that are truly horrendous, such as threats of violence, assaulting other students or teachers, robbing other students.
There are huge layers a teacher or admin has to go through before, during and after suspension - many parent contacts and conferences, counseling, training for teachers in black behavior, endless paperwork, notifications to the district, etc. It's a nightmare - for this student to be suspended, especially so many times, she must have been really terrible.
