That is a cultural thing. Mainly one culture which isn’t listed.
Of course it is all about culture. It is the reality of which these girls are subjected to, I wouldn’t expect a good result. The question is why their subculture has become what it is, it never used to be this way.
Graduated before the Youth Rebellion of the late 60s in a suburb of a very large east coast city. Our class almost had our entire graduation cancelled because when we went out to the parking lot to rehearse the procession of 374 kids, a teacher spotted an empty beer can in the car of our Student Council president. Only pressure from the good kids' parents reinstated it.
It worked with black boys being taught by tough black men. They straightened up and did well in their studies when the realized they weren’t going to get away with the crap ‘mamma’ allowed in the former classrooms.
Same here! He grabbed my chest and I turned around and punched him in the jaw. I was immediately hauled in to the Principal's office and my Dad was called. When he got there, she told him my actions were unacceptable and I was going to be suspended. My Dad turned to me and said, “what did he do that caused you to punch him?” (Totally out of my character). When I told him he turned to the Principal my Dad said, “if you suspend her I will have her point him out to me and I will do the same thing to him - I don't care if I get arrested.” I didn't get suspended but she was horrible to me for the rest of the time I was in that school. She was black, btw.

Wait, so schools assigning homework is racism, Math is racism, schools have their foundations in white supremacy, and the list goes on....now schools having any form of discipline are likewise forms of racism? Methinks’ to the Left, anything and everything is a form of racism......

I can't even tell you how many hundreds of times black girls in my class were utterly contemptuous and disrespectful in their behavior. Ask them a question, they'd ignore you, shake their head no, look to their friends for "help", etc. They rarely paid attention in class, preferring to play with their cell phones or look out the door's window at their friends wandering the halls disrupting classes. You'd be shocked at the language directed at me, and the tone in which it was delivered. Absolutely no respect. Some of them were dutiful in turning in homework and projects, but far more were in school purely for social reasons.
Their preferred method of settling disputes with others was scheduling a fight. Sometimes I had to be in charge of the detention room. Upon asking why they were there, the girls--far more than the boys--told me because they had scheduled a fight. "Meet me at McD's at 4pm" texted on their phones was the way to settle their differences with others. They never considered talking things out. Never even crossed their minds. Sometimes I'd have a chat with them while they sat there, bringing up some less violent and more constructive ways to settle disputes, ones that didn't involve blood and bruises.
You're fighting a tidal wave. Subtleties and nuances are not part of their learned behaviors.
Yes. Former friends have a granddaughter who is black. No father. Very weak/permissive/”progressive” males in her upbringing. She excelled athletically, and was awarded a nice scholarship at a private, leftist college. The summer before her formal education was to begin, she was “disrespected” by another black girl on anti-social media. She then planned a beating/taser ambush attack with a couple of other girls, which was horrifyingly carried out. The attack included tasing the other party’s head (I would say in an attempt to kill her). Guilty as hell. Grandparents blew nearly $200,000 on attorneys to defend her. Scholarship gone. Nearly a quarter mil gone. This is what happens when children aren’t raised properly, and are brainwashed into believing they are victims from day one, as was the case here.
This biotch is going to go to jail because she has a depraved mind: her mens rea might have permitted her to score inflated grades but that compartmentalized complicity with 'de whide man's werld' didn't prevent her from the actus reus of planning the violent assault of the other girl. She has no conscience so to hell with her.
