When the widespread riots happen, and they will, Xiden and the anchor baby non-natural Born Citizen "woman of color" will either tread lightly with the rioters, which will of course lead to more police departments themselves having to tread lightly which will lead to more police leaving their jobs and yet more riots.
Or, if Xiden and the anchor baby non-natural Born Citizen "woman of color" choose to try to put on a strong show against the inevitable anarchy....that will naturally lead the barbarians at the gate to riot even further.
