Well, a LEO told me that one should not kneel on a handcuffed person’s neck, but it was certainly not murder, and it was the OD that ultimately cost Floyd his life.

And there was no way the poor rookies were going to question a senior, experienced officer in a tense situation. They didn’t do anything wrong.
