The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday disposed of the last of three cases brought to the justices by former President Donald Trump challenging his election loss, bringing a muted end to his quixotic quest in the courts that had been aimed at holding onto power.
The court without comment rejected Trump’s appeal challenging thousands of absentee ballots filed in Wisconsin, an election battleground that the Republican businessman-turned-politician lost to Democrat Joe Biden by more than 20,000 votes. Biden became president on Jan. 20.
It was the last of three petitions filed at the Supreme Court near the end of Trump’s presidency that the justices declined to take up. The court on Feb. 22 turned away Trump’s other two appeals - a second Wisconsin challenge and one relating to voting in Pennsylvania, another pivotal state Trump lost. Lower courts previously had ruled against Trump in those three cases.
It already was clear that the high court, which includes three justices appointed by Trump, had no intention to intervene in the cases and others filed by his allies because it did not act before Congress on Jan. 6 certified Biden’s victory. That formal certification was interrupted when a pro-Trump mob stormed the U.S. Capitol.
The court on Monday also turned away another election related case filed by Trump ally Lin Wood, who had asked the justices to block the Jan. 5 Senate runoff elections in Georgia. The court never acted on the request and Democrats won both races, giving them narrow control of the Senate.

The court could have pre ruled that the state legislatures “ shall “ investigate fraud allegations before certifying the vote results on Jan 6
That way they wouldn’t be the deciders and maintained , to my understanding, the role of elected officials.

What an odd thing to say. This is nowhere near childish and the Supreme Court did not denied these cases because of what Trump said. This is not a tit for tat situation.
The Supremes were never going to challenge the stolen election. We do not have in America a fair and just system. The Constitution is a meaningless piece of scrap paper. The Ruling Elites Rule however they feel.
Of course they did. We no longer have the rule of law, much less elections, in this country.
We no longer are registered to vote. Voting for the GOP is a waste of time and participating in the fraud ‘elections’ where the communists merely declare who they chose as the winner is only giving legitimacy to their fraud.

This was the final step in the constitutional process. Now that it is clear our constitutional process is broken the military can step in to reinstate the rightful civilian govt which is Donald J. Trump.
If you look carefully at the news as I do everyday many things are happening. So,so many people being charged and convicted of crimes against humanity, thousands of children suddenly being rescued from sex traffickers, scores of politicians some bruised up, some not retiring or leaving office prematurely. CEOs of large companies stepping down right and left.
Many, many things are happening if you have your eyes open.

I’ll give 2022 another try for voting. Anything like what we saw happens again, I’m not gonna vote again. There is no point, no reason to. The only thing we can do is to prepare for the inevitable. Government will be coming for us.
