I believe this is our first indication of the costs of the 6 new strategic Russian weapon systems (Avangard, Poseidon, Kinzhal, Sarmat, Peresvet, Burevestnik). Sergei Ivanov said that Russia spent 10-20 billion rubles a year on them for more than 10 years.
