What about the assload of fentanyl discovered in his system in postmortem? Even the M.E. listed it as a contributing factor.

11 ng/ml may be a fatal dose for some but not for others with an opiate tolerance and the fact remains, he was not behaving like a person experiencing a fentanyl overdose and the medical examiner is quoted as saying:
"I am not saying this killed him."
