“I hate to bring up Ric Grenell here because the least interesting thing about him is that he is gay, but he represents the choice to win that conservatives are making.”

Ok, one exception (apparently), although Tribalism seems to be the rule with people, so don’t be surprised if Grenell comes out for bestiality or ‘man-boy love’, when the Left moves on to those issues. If he doesn’t, I’ll be pleasantly surprised.

But the other 95% of gays working high up in the Republican Party became the “Lincoln Project” (a name not chosen by accident, by the way) and not only spent every waking moment trying to take out Trump, they also went after other Republicans - some of which hated Trump. Again, those were REPUBLICAN LEADERS just a few years ago, who Republican candidates now had to fight off.

So no thanks, we don’t need gays (or for that matter cross-dressers or pedophiles) in the GOP or any new party’s leadership - been there, done that, and it does not work out well for conservatives.

The group of gay Republicans is called Log Cabin Republicans.
Lincoln Project are grifters, and vile never- Trumpers that appear on CNN all the time. Their co-founders included the lovely George Conway, John Weaver, Rick Wilson, Steve Schmidt. They pocketed millions of donations and are under investigation.
Two different groups.
