Democrat-Led House Passes H.R.1, Aimed to Federalize U.S. Elections

The U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday passed H.R. 1, otherwise known as the “For the People Act,” which Republicans warn will compromise election integrity and ultimately lead to the federalization of U.S. elections.

The Democrat-led House passed the legislation on party lines, 220 to 210. A summary of the bill notes that it “expands voter registration (e.g., automatic and same-day registration) and voting access (e.g., vote-by-mail and early voting)” and imposes limits on removing voters from voter rolls.

Republicans have warned that the Democrat legislation would vastly reduce the power of the states to control and operate elections at the local level.

The republic was over in 2008 when SCOTUS refused to do their job in Berg vs. Obama.

From HR1...

“(e) Ability Of Replacement Systems To Administer Ranked Choice Elections.—To the greatest extent practicable, an eligible State which receives a grant to replace a voting system under this section shall ensure that the replacement system is capable of administering a system of ranked choice voting under which each voter shall rank the candidates for the office in the order of the voter’s preference.

At least twenty states will seek challenges and write laws to prevent federal involvement. I don’t see this standing very long.

Will this even pass the Senate?

I don’t understand how little attention is being paid to the section of this bill that gives 16 and 17 year old’s the ability to vote. This is disaster for Republicans and will seal their fate forever.

Supremacy Clause will be applied all over this. Rats only legislate to their selfish benefit. What will the Supremes do, is the big question, and do the rats care what the Supremes say anyway!

What exactly is the USSC supposed to do here?

“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but Congress may at any time make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Place of chusing Senators.” Article 4, Section 1.

Perhaps if cowards didn’t slurp up Lin Wood conspiracies and Soros droppings and hadn’t stayed home in the GA runoffs we wouldn’t be here. The clown show brought us here and elections have consequences. So all the ignorant buffoons that claim “there is no difference between the GOP and democrats” own this.

For the last few decades standing for election against Democrats is like trying to protect a venue from terrorists. You have to succeed every time. They have to succeed once.

But now it’s too late. The amfo has gone off. The United States of A Murrah Building. The Rubblepublic.

This should be known as the “Democrat vote protection act”

“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature”

That was violated. Why don’t you understand.

Keep reading... there is a BUT that follows.

“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but Congress may at any time make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Place of chusing Senators.” Article 4, Section 1.

What part of that don't you understand?

To be accurate you’d just need a different F-word...
