"Who gave authority to the state to certify fraud?"

The United States Constitution did, in Article II Sec 1: "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector." There is zero requirement that the winner of the popular vote in the state get electoral votes from that state. Under the US Constitution, the state can appoint an infant as an elector and that infant can vote for Mickey Mouse. Mickey Mouse now has one electoral vote from that state. No amount of hand-wringing will change that.

"The Constitution was not formed for ‘government’, ‘we the people’ are government"

The United States Constitution is the highest law in the land. We all live under the law or we live in anarchy. To not support the US Constitution is to not support America. I will not support anarchy. I support the rule of law and prosecuting those who violate the rule of law, under the law, so we don't have to murder each other just to get breakfast.

Ah, so you are a lawyer... Nowhere in the Constitution does fraud get protected. The Supreme Court has sold out any shred of credibility they ever had.. Christ foretold what would be from those that sit in the seat of Moses.. I fully expect Heavenly Justice for oath breakers.

Moat of the contested states have Republicans controlling the legislatures. Nevertheless, the legislatures failed to confront strong evidence of voter fraud, not through alterations of data through overseas servers, but by the certification of invalid ballots in Democratic controlled counties. Why they did it is unknown, perhaps due to a large number of the legislators being quiet Never Trumpers, or fear of cancel culture, BLM/Antifa violence against their families, or FBI/IRS/DOJ harassment.

Whatever the reason, the safeguards in the Constitution against voter fraud failed, not due to flaws in the document but because of the cowardice of the legislatures primarily, but also the courts and Congress secondarily. I think it was John Adams who said the Constitution is effective only with a moral people. Many Americans, especially the most of the political, cultural, and financial elite, are not moral.

You mean the same Constitution that does not permit the impeachment of an ex-President? The democrats ignore the Constitution with impunity because Republicans buy into false narratives and are afraid to take a stand.
