The key that we all have to remember, is that we have to learn to manage this virus and any rise in cases. So assume a mutation takes hold in an area...we can reimpose some restrictions on that area, without having to lock down or restrict the entire state.

It's best we learn how to do this, because courtesy of the Communist Chinese Party, coronavirus is now present in one form or another throughout the planet. We can either live above it or live below it, in fear. I choose to live above it.
