The “Daily New Cases” chart at the above link shows that new cases in Texas DID climb after March 2, 2021 until a sufficient number of Texans got vaccinated ...cause and effect.

So far Texas has vaccinated about 12% of residents with at least a first shot. If that accounted for both shots a 12% immunity rate is pathetic. Cases are sure to rise.

Abbott's announcement is counter productive. People were going to venues where they would be too afraid to go because of mask and dstancing enforcement. Now these same people know that their favorite venues will be crowded with disease-carrying idiots. They will stay home in droves

NOTE THEE DATE ON MY POST, the one you responded to. It is “3/2/2021”, NOT 7/12/21 as you so lyingly claimed. My response to your claim still stands.

1. The daily new cases chart in my response proves that cases rose after Abbott opened things prematurely. I was right, and you are wrong.

2. There’s nothing conservative about trying to convince people to risk their health and their lives needlessly. If you don’t want a vaccination, then don’t get one. It’s a free country.
