Thanks for that link. The data for fentanyl is dopey as the units for toxic and lethal are not the same and the conversion math is complex. Actually that chart for the lethal concentration is unfathomable.
The therapeutic blood concentration is reported as 1 - 5 ng/mL and the "toxic" range is 3 ng/mL - so toxicity is in the middle of the therapeutic range. So along with the meth could have had toxic delerium. Sad.
