Biden has Dementia. The fact that the corrupt media is hiding this is borderline criminal. The guy can’t even hold a real press conference.

A delusion is a strongly held false belief , in spite of evidence to the contrary.
Delusions and hallucinations are not unusual in demented people.

A problem with a President having dementia is "DELUSIONS".
