Where have you been? He's been launching them like crazy, starting in May 2019 after Hanoi Summit imploded and (Steve Beigun-led) Sweden talks ended in complete failure.
Something like 18 of them, by my count. All working on, and succeeding, in upgrading SRBM telemetry, azimuth, trajectory variability to defeat THAAD defenses in the ROK/US Forces Korea -- per recent report. IRBM and ICBM likely coming in the next three or four months, though. Pompeo is silent on these things and storms off the stage when pressed in media appearances. I'd run w/ tail between legs if I had to do that, too.

Conservative news outlet Sankei's TV outlet, FNN, has already reported Kim has essentially given the middle finger to Trump and US (and now to Biden) starting from months ago in speeches on their intent to restart nuclear production, and Japan news assesses they have been producing 7 kg of plutonium per annum, reaching 60 kg recently. The work on SLBM also continues, as per the rollout of them in the Pyongyang military parade two months ago. Nothing has changed, they press forward. Nobody has tamed them. The summit did not implode. It was attacked by Bolton, it was attacked by Mattis, and by half the Republican party, and all of the Democrat party. At that moment success was in reach, but the treason in DC did not want Trump to have a cataclysmic success. People like that, and you betrayed America.
