This is all a diversion to protect him from the potential charge of thousands of counts of manslaughter. This man is responsible for many many deaths and I think he is very worried it could be proven he knew people would die and he did it anyway. He could well be facing life in prison if he does not disappear from public office. These harassment charges are his disappearing act.
