I still don’t understand how this sort of thing is supposed to work. Suppose you have just one black parent, but you self-identity as black. Will you get the entire $25,000, or just $12,500?
And suppose you have just one black grandparent? Do you get $25,000, or just $6250?
This social justice stuff sure is complicated.
Every citizen needs a full DNA test to identify any black blood.
Even one percent of one percent should qualify them for reparations.
Or..maybe they do it the Third Reich way—one eighth counts...
What about recent black immigrants (legal or illegal) from Africa? Do they qualify to receive reparations? Or—if their ancestors sold slaves should they pay the reparations too?
We need to spend billions of dollars to study this....
