“Expect a rant the next time u see me,” wrote one history teacher at Menlo Atherton High School to his junior-level U.S. history class on Thursday.

I wonder how this High School history teacher gets his groceries?

So he can go shopping and go to restaurants and expect people to keep his store shelves filled and to wait on him, but he can't go into the classroom and DO HIS JOB?

Time for him to consider a career change.

More than likely, he’s a lazy person and wants to stay home and conduct classes via Zoom in his underwear.

A “rant”?

Broadcasting his intentions?

If I lived there and had resources, my kids would be going to private school.

Do not want my children subjected to the ravings of a leftist lunatic.

Further down in the piece, we learn that this teacher is 22 years old.

Is his “fear” sincere? Is he so bad at assessing risk that he doesn’t realize that he and his students are at effectively zero risk from the Wuhan flu?

Or is it pure cynical unionism?

I honestly can’t tell.
