Which is the main reason fund-raisers take such a long time now. Back before everyone posting original material were being booted off, fund-raisers were completed in a week or so. Now, this site just seems to prefer one-line snark, rather than thoughtful commentary. Tis a shame. I enjoy reading original work from people across the spectrum. (Well, except for the b.s. from WaPo and NYT--that doesn't count as thoughtful commentary).
