State Right to Bear Arms in Pennsylvania Article I, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania State Constitution states: “The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.”
“Criminal control, not so much.”
Just a couple of facts that prove this dude to be a liar.
Where gun laws are the strictest gun crime is the highest in our nation.
Any and every democrat governed city with a high population of blacks has both strict gun control and a very high gun crime rate.
Go figure.....
The facts do not support that more gun control is needed or that democrat politicians in these big dem governed cities have the ability to properly govern.
“Blue America doesn’t have high enough crime rates”
The constitutional carry red states have very low crime rates.
The only logical conclusion is the more guns you have in the hands of responsible citizens the less crime you have.
