Is it nature or is it nurture though? And if it is nurture ie.e the environment, who bears the brunt of the blame for creating that environment that fertilizes failure? Irrefutably, not the Republican party. But, never the less, they keep voting democrat. The democrat party is masterful at manipulating their slaves.

The issue goes well beyond genetic race. Things like fetal drug syndrome, lack of a father, and social customs which do not emphasize learning play a huge role as well, and contribute more to the IQ differences on average than does race specifically.
