I’m actually surprised Biden didn’t give a SOTU-type speech remotely (remotely because of the virus, domestic terrorists, and stuff).

Such a speech could be recorded ahead of time, then edited to make Biden look like Winston Churchill. I think Joe’s handlers dropped the ball on this one.

The only way to make a lackluster slow demented person look worse is to tape it ahead of time and show a video. It will be as uplifting as a Hunter like stoner doing a motivational speech after a 48 hour bender with no sleep.
