Don’t worry about that. Any troops Biden sends to Syria will just be there to “stabilize the region” (or some other made-up reason).
As others have noted, Biden’s real goal is to remove Assad. The Russians won’t like that one bit. And the Russians have a point. Syria is a sovereign nation.
Beyond that, ANYONE who replaces Assad will be much worse than him.

Where have you been? We have boots on the ground. We are building an air base in the middle of the oilfields in Der Ezzor, and that began just before Trump left office.
We have the Terrorist US training camp in Al Tanf. Some of those tools even post on the internet.
