Fire the cop. When they’re working a funeral procession, they’re private hired security, and can be charged for assault just like ordinary folks. Should be charged for assault, at the very least be fired.

Well, yes and no. He is a licensed peace officer in the state of Texas on or off duty. Threatening to kill a motorist over a traffic altercation is over the top.
BECAUSE there is a video, he will be fired. I’ve had a run in or two with rogue Harris co. deputies over my life time. I can say...the majority are decent people, but there are a few that think that badge and gun entitles them to bully the $4!7 out of citizens.
