I think that’s bullshit. Why would the cops even bother to charge him with DUI if he blew a .02?

Granted ... we weren’t there and don’t have all the confirmed facts. However based on the report above I’d say he was drunk and the 0.02 claim is bogus ... or ... the test was taken much much later than the arrest event ... or ... he had taken other substances that made him appear drunk.
Also possible his case was fixed and taken care of.

He was arrested for intoxication and reckless driving as well as drinking in an area that was closed. If drinking a beer and a half makes you drive like a dumbass, then yeah. That how sober people and cops tend to get killed. Cant handle a beer without acting like Otis on Andy Griffith, then throw his ass in jail and take away his drivers license.
Leftist, criminal democrat judges always protect their own. Laws are any meant to destroy the enemies of the democrat party.
Talk about “White Privilege”. The judge is just as drunk as Bruce was, but it’s an “ethereal admiration” type of drunk.
