Butthurt, Alabama; Butthurt Junction, Colorado; Butthurt Freightliner; Butthurt, Oklahoma (there are going to be some problems with a state having several cities named after Indians so there will have to be First butthurt, second butthurt etc.) Pueblo will just have to be Butthurt for each state.
