Whenever using an acronym in an article or publication, you first spell it out. i.e. “The lie perpetrated by Black Lives Matter (BLM) is obvious. BLM promotes it everywhere.”
This way I know they are not talking about the Bureau of Land Management in the second sentence.

BDS tells its supporters that it is "an inclusive, anti-racist human rights movement that is opposed on principle to all forms of discrimination, including anti-semitism and Islamophobia". That is a lie.That is a whopper! The old technique of The Big Lie.
