Let them sue. They won’t win every case against the state legislatures, and the legislatures are the Constitutional bodies to make election law. If Georgia says they want ID requirements like neighboring FL has and many states have, it would be hard to build a winning legal case against that because it’s pretty standard.
Even easier for us would be those states like WI where they’d only have to say they are banning the changes local officials made to the election laws and are instituting punishments for people who violate election laws. If they lose in court, then the legislature can try crafting another version that fits better with what the court demands. The only way we are sure to get no changes if it we don’t try.
