Both Kavanaugh and Barrett have young children. Perhaps they’re afraid. I wouldn’t put anything past the forces arrayed against our nation.
It looks like all-out war against President Trump now. SCOTUS will look the other way and hope it’s over soon. Thomas and Alito may be the only patriots left in the federal judiciary. Sad and tragic times.
If they are such cowards, there is no place in civilized society for them. They knew what they were getting into and they went ahead anyway.
Kavanaugh is a Bushie, and Barrett was pressured into not getting involved in anything Trump related during her hearing. At least Gorsuch voted to protect the Constitution in the PA case.
