The Wollman and Lasker rinks will not be closed after all, with New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio suddenly folding to pressure to keep the ice rinks open.

Sunday was destined to be the last day of the season the rinks would be open in Central Park.

He’s just a mayor, he owns nothing. Power corrupts, even the mind.

Just when you think DeBlobbio can’t make himself less likeable, he gets his second wind.

RE: the VERY colorful history concerning how Trump built the Wollman rink (and I remember when it happened)! Politics as only NY can.

The story of the skating rink in NYC is a fine version of how Trump gets things done.

After MONTHS & MILLIONS spent & the rinks still NOT operational, Trump took them over & had them working within a short amount of time.

NONE of the Dems can stand Trump’s abilities.

There is a $150 million dollar renovation scheduled for the area. Soon to balloon up in price and you can bet that the mayor has buddies involved with kickbacks to himself.

Maybe Trump can help out again?
