I for one am surprised that no class action suit has been filed in this whole affair.

Like the elections I’d assume the word is out that the judiciary will not interfere in the inner workings of any Covid related decisions, especially by the leader of a state....

Been fairly obvious that the judiciary/legal system is as much a part of the "Elite" as anybody.

If not (at least in their own minds) at the top leadership level.

Local Buffalo lawyers put together a case to open bars and restaurants.
The lawyers easily won their case.
Then, Gov. nipple-rings moved the goalposts, and his lacky Judges threw up some process stays.
