I don't think it will be Sean. Rush's biggest draw, for me, was his originality and fresh viewpoints. Hannity is far too repetitious.
I was a DIE HARD Rush fan. I put is a large satellite dish just to get his TV show. Before I retired, I taped his radio show and played every tape at night. His radio station was weak, so I put in a long wire (200 ft.) 1/4 wavelength radio antenna. When that didn't work very well, I bought three cassette reorders and timers, so I could record his shows work without having to mind them during work hours. As soon as he started his podcasts I signed on to his paid web site. I've probably heard over 90 percent of all of his radio shows since I first heard him in 1991.
Hannity will never be an adequate replacement. He rambles without thinking. You can catch 90 percent of his talking by listening to his show once a month. Rush would spend hours of each day studying for new things to use in his show, and it would be new every day. If nothing else, Hannity does too many other things to be able to spend the time.
that's not what is at issue here.
What is at issue is getting a counter to leftwing bullsh_t on a daily basis. We can't let the left go unchecked and without Rush it may take a dozen or so others to fill in the gap. One who definitely needs to help fill in the gap is the only guy with 20 million listeners and another 3-5 on tv. We can't ignore Hannity his numbers are too great.
