Stock answer for anything that they can’t get around. If you can’t change the facts, then you create an atmosphere of contempt for it, destroy the messenger, and move to other things. Doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Means it isn’t important enough to worry about now because....just because someone said it.
And it is to be shunned because it isn’t a happy thing and forgotten. They ran out of Trump blaming ideas for it. So they blame nobody and ram lies down the throats of voters. It is no longer a historical fact to be considered. So they wipe it off the media pages and go on to other things like the remarkable recovery from the pandemic since Brainless was elected using some of Trumps ideas and products.
And shortly the economy will get back into shape, not sure what shape, because Bioden and Halfa$$ed are on the job. And it will be front page, and the happiest day in everybody’s lives up to this point in time. And everyone will feel good. BS

I believe manslaughter only applies when there is no intent to murder, no premeditation.
Can Cuomo prove in court he's too stupid to know putting highly infectious patients in a confined place with the very most vulnerable population would result in mass casualties?
Can Cuomo prove in court that he was totally ignorant of the presence of the USNS Comfort in New York harbor? Can he prove he was unaware of the Javits Center field hospital?
Even if he could prove he is both stupid and ignorant, would his ego allow it?
It was deliberate, premeditated mass murder most foul.
Yup. Democrat Governors throughout the fruited plain were VERY careful to avoid anything that might make Donald Trump look good.

In a sense, the stock market crashed in the 90’s under Clinton’s watch when it was the economy stupid by-words that kept the people from realizing the artificial growth and the lies to make it look prosperous, and the housing market scam that finished the job with the lies of Barney Frank and Chris Dodd concerning Freddy and Fanny. The reason he didn’t win was because of the economy that was not as strong as the people were told. And it fell apart in late 1999 and on.
And then they elected Obama twice who went back to the same theories that got them the economy screwed up and he ran up a huge deficit trying to cover the problem and pay for things he got in that were not economically sound like the ACA. His ideas almost destroyed SS and medicare during his administration and has put it on a much faster failure rate than before. Borrow from Peter to pay Paul politics is not new. The libs have been using it extensively since the 60’s.

I havent looked that far into it but weren’t there and aren’t there currently protocols that stood in the way and he circumvented them some how? Thru executive privilege or emergency pandemic orders.(?)
He broke the law and proper procedure by doing it and death was the result. Negligent homicide, at least.

He knowingly and deliberately exposed the most vulnerable to a disease he believed to be lethal.
That’s way beyond manslaughter, the accidental taking of a life.
Let him be charged with one count for every nursing home death starting after this policy.
Let the cases not be consolidated.
Let each county charge him independently for deaths in that county.
And let every surviving family member have the right to sue in civil court.
If we don’t, what’s to stop any mayor, county executive, parish administrator, governor or president from similar actions in the future? Sovereign immunity isn’t an absolute defense, typically if a party can demonstrate that the government intentionally acted wrongly with the sole purpose of causing damages, that party can recover for injury or economic losses.
