Ladies? When was the last time you saw a lady? They’re mighty few and far between these days. If women want true equality, let them have it, right down to waste burning and buying the farm. That equality.
While we’re at it. Drafting women will be the only way to make quota during the snowflake era. First reason, no of 4-fs. Second reason, number of males identifying as trans females to avoid the draft.
Besides, just ghink of how cool it would be to get all the Karen’s and Democrat harpies into boot and AIT.

The whole point of a draft is to get young men who are otherwise qualified but reluctant to become a fighting instrument in time of a major, country-threatening war (Which means that I was against the draft during my war, Vietnam). It worked well during the Second World War to field competent if unenthusiastic combatants but is only annoying during the interwar years.
Women are specifically disruptive to combat units not because they can't be trained to kill but because young men and young women can't help forming relationships and diffusing command relationships, unit cohesion and loyalties to each other.
Wars are always conducted in sucky places, in sucky conditions and that causes people to bond. When its only (normal) men, that bond causes everyone to look out for each other and gives you the trust that the other guys in the tent would actually die for you.
Introduce young women in the mix, and lots of separate couples emerge and their loyalty is understandably to each other first. And their tent mates will deeply resent those lucky few. And everybody's armed.
Wars require focus and a certain sense that everyone's in the same boat. There is also the tendency of young males to want to "prove themselves" and that if combat is opened up to everydamnbody, it takes some of the luster out of the limited cachet they get from volunteering for the really crazy stuff.
Which is why most young men volunteer for the really tough stuff to begin with.
