Tell me the last time when there was a decent, admirable, fighting, trustworthy, effective Senate leader, be he Democrat or Republican. I’ve never known of one in my lifetime and I’m in my 60s. They are nothing but schmoozers, game players, backscratchers and backstabbers. The amount of power they sway is totally unwarranted, unearned, and undeserved.
