What “criminal charge” would that be? At best a made-up “crime”, and all the evidence is hearsay or apparently circumstantial, but a number of exculpatory pieces of evidence have already become apparent.
One is, the timeline is all wrong. The assault on the Capitol building had already BEGUN, before Trump had even finished his speech. Another is, that the PLANNING for this assault had been done days before, when it was not even certain what the Trump rally at the White House was going to involve, and this planning was done by persons not known to be supporters of Trump in any way, shape, form or manner.
And most astonishing of all, people WITHIN the Capitol building seemed to have advance notice that this “assault” was going to happen, to the extent that doors were thrown open, and the Capitol policemen appeared to be guiding and directing the advance elements of the swarming crowd.
I am aware the Trump organization has many people in many places, but within the Capitol building, maybe not so much.
The crime is election fraud, not complaining about it.
