So file again, and again with different parties in different courts.

Keep at it.

My thoughts, too, but even so.

Sue, though your heart is breaking, sue though your checkbook’s aching...

Fight them on the oceans, fight them on the beaches, fight them in the streets and in the hills...

R-E-V-E-N-G-E. Find out what that means to me.

Standing? Fight until there’s no man standing.

“No standing”

""Standing, sometimes referred to as standing to sue, is the name of the federal law doctrine that focuses on whether a prospective plaintiff can show that some personal legal interest has been invaded by the defendant. It is not enough that a person is merely interested as a member of the general public in the resolution of the dispute. The person must have a personal stake in the outcome of the controversy.""

It's just crazy.. To say the common citizen doesn't have standing in the outcome of an election is....farcical. His job, the future of his children, his property, even his health is at stake..

What if it was a solder on active duty doing the suing.? The outcome could have severe consequences for him.. He would certainly have standing.. Yes.?

I'm beganing to believe that the courthouse is the last place you want to go to find justice... :(
