To me, that is the bottom line.

That sacred contract, that we would agree to be governed provided we can choose who governs in fair elections, and those governing have to follow the same laws we do.

Both of those things have been ignored, violated, bypassed and simply crushed.

When millions of Americans see this is the case and accept that the sacred contract in America between the governed and the governors, then there is going to be a massive upheaval.

There are a lot of Americans who haven’t had this settle in their brain yet.

Headline is incredibly misleading. You mean they were sued and Zuck will win.

Charged how? Criminally is best. Civilly is ok, maybe easier to prove IF any judge will allow evidence to be shown

The only way this is resolved short of a multi-year timescale is if it gets thrown out.

It might be on standing, but it could also be thrown out as non-adjudicable.

I doubt it is even possible to win this regardless of the actions of Zuckerberg, et al. It’s like suing for flawed rulings in a sporting event.

I’m sure Zuck will throw around some bribe money in addition to the bribe money that he’s already throwing around and this will come to nothing.

What about Google where we had actual employees, executives of Google openly admitting for years they interfere in the election and Sessions and Bagpipe Barr did nothing?

My thoughts, too, but even so.

Sue, though your heart is breaking, sue though your checkbook’s aching...

Fight them on the oceans, fight them on the beaches, fight them in the streets and in the hills...

R-E-V-E-N-G-E. Find out what that means to me.

Standing? Fight until there’s no man standing.

Good luck but I will not hold my breath. The same judges that oversaw the fraudulent vote cases will just yaw, rap their hammer and dismiss on no standing or some other bs they dream up

“No standing”

""Standing, sometimes referred to as standing to sue, is the name of the federal law doctrine that focuses on whether a prospective plaintiff can show that some personal legal interest has been invaded by the defendant. It is not enough that a person is merely interested as a member of the general public in the resolution of the dispute. The person must have a personal stake in the outcome of the controversy.""

It's just crazy.. To say the common citizen doesn't have standing in the outcome of an election is....farcical. His job, the future of his children, his property, even his health is at stake..

What if it was a solder on active duty doing the suing.? The outcome could have severe consequences for him.. He would certainly have standing.. Yes.?

I'm beganing to believe that the courthouse is the last place you want to go to find justice... :(

The worst of facebooks “fact checks” on some of Trump posts (there seemed to be a few they rolled through at random) was “..mail-in voting has a long history of trustworthiness in the US..” other than military and absentee ballots which either got lost or appeared in a closet weeks later.
