Tried to read the article; couldn’t find it for all the ads.
However, the cases are scheduled to be distributed for conference on Feb. 19. That’s when they’ll decide if they dismiss the case based on available information, request further information/review, or entertain oral arguments at a future date. They will not be hearing oral arguments this Friday.
I looked up one of the cases argued last month. It was distributed for conference back in September 2020. I wouldn’t be surprised if these cases have a similar schedule, assuming the Justices move them forward.
