“Biden” is working from a movie-set oval office in CA. He’s just reading a script given to him by good guys. “Biden” himself is a good guy, an actor. The good guys are not going to have “Biden” remove the troops.

I don't see it that way. The whole thing is a fraud. Committing fraud and cheating is not legitimate regardless of what you or the frauds claim.
I tend to agree, maybe not on the content of the regulations / orders / legislation but that they will be putting something out that they know damn will will enrage Americans. They certainly don't think Trump's supporters are going to riot, that was BS to begin with and permanent martial law in DC in reponse would be absurd. It's about what the next shoe to drop is.
Actually, the reason that the troops are there is pathetic and wholly understandable. Examine what happened last year in Seattle, Portland, Chicago, and New York. In each case, violent mobs ransacked those cities, in some cases of the course of several months. Their pathetic democrat mayors allowed this to happen as long as the mobs were only burning and looting businesses and other people's homes and properties. However, in each case when the mayors houses were threatened or their offices were being looted the mayors demanded and deployed excessive amounts law enforcement. Dozens of police protecting the mayors house while the city burns.
The national guard in DC is just this same affect on a larger scale. The powers that be are cowards. They will respond to any threat real or imagined in the same manner. Our homes can be looted, we can even be killed, but they must not be touched.
Biden may be the figurehead of the CCP coup/insurrection..but that assuredly does NOT make him president

The democrats know that Biden is illegitimate and they want Trump to make him legitimate. Usually, a president will rely on the election outcome to establish legitimacy. Biden can’t do that. He has to have a perpetual chorus chanting that he is.

However, the actor Biden you see today I'm of the understanding that he is a good guy, playing the part to help awaken the American public. The script writers give these actors parts and lines that are for the most part in-line with what we expect them to say and do, even for the 'Rats.
Did you see "biden" yesterday with "jill" supposedly in the WH gardens prior to Valentines day? With a spring in his step, that was NO 78 yo. It was an actor, and the way he was spry and agile, probably the actor was in his 50's at the most. There are pictures floating about with a "biden"s facemask lifting, or sloppily put on; others clearly showing different people - based on earlobe and other facial criteria.
