They have few illegal Muslim immigrants. They have many legal muslims, not necessarily immigrants

1709, the War of Spanish Succession was in it's sixth year, with seven more to go. England was suffering the Great Frost. And the plague was still around. Alexander Selkirk was halfway throug being marooned on Juan Fernández leading to the publication of Robinson Crusoe twelve years later. Even later George the third would be born 31 years later, George Washington 25, Thomas Jefferson 36.

And the worst event in succeeding centuries, Covid.

I'd laugh if it wasn't so sad. What's happening today, not the many greater events of suffering England had before her.
