I’m always curious as to how this “trial“ compares to a normal criminal trial.

Since when can the jury decide who gets to testify?

I know there is a vast difference between this “trial“ and a criminal trial. But how far did those differences extend?

Are the “rules“ simply a matter of what the majority of the Senate decides the “rules“ should be?

The “rules“ are indeed simply a matter of what the majority of the Senate decides the “rules“ should be.
