“The Black National Anthem?”
Where? Is that in Kenya or Nigeria? We have no anthems for any of our citizen’s former home lands. Why for the blacks?
It is one of the “woke” things that I detest.
Then I guess it's no use asking you what you think about the "Latino National Anthem" that we're all also going to have to listen to before ball games in the future.

Hint: It's not about any putative African "homeland" (about which Black Americans don't hold any particular feelings anyway), it's about race (or at least about visible markers that can be used to divide a People).
