I do not believe you are representing the means of enforcing the EO honestly. The very point of the EO is to give the chief law enforcement person (the President) the power to activate the EO response to foreign attack. Once activated, theactions then move to the court of john ‘the pirate’ Roberts, thoroughly corrupted ruler of the scotus gaggle. The EO was proven to be a huge bluff when Trump slithered away from doing his duty to uphold his oath.
Trump didn’t slither away from

receive the last check mark
required by the DOJ to become
