“You don’t need FCC permission to start a cable network. It’s not over the air. Very few of the FCC rules apply.”

What is Comcast, ATT, Dish DTV and rest of the liberal platforms just refuse to allow such a network to exist? No dissent allowed.

You have to get a contract with a cable operator. It involves a lot more than flipping a switch.

(I worked building an operating CATV systems for about 15 years. This was my life.)
