I don’t think so. The US military routinely sails through the South China sea. We do this to keep the International waters open. My understanding is that Biden and his fool DOD Sec Austin have no control over our military at present. Its starting to look like Biden’s not even in the White House. If solid proof emerges to refute this over time I will step back but I doubt that it will happen.
