It appears the law only applies to social media companies who choose to become partisan in elections by barring the views of certain candidates. I don’t think it applies to the banning of individual commentators.
Does that mean that come election time, FR must provide a platform to AOC, Omar, and Tlaib, or risk a $100K per day fine?
